Three new poems of mine just went up today on MediaVirus Magazine, a really great underground lit zine. Check it out now, as the issue will only be up during the month of August.
I’ve got the added distinction of being featured as the “Editors’ Pick” for this issue. According to them, “Matt Galletta offers a wink and a nudge with his sly self deprecation.” Pretty cool, eh?
The three pieces are: “Diner,” “Who Loves the Sun?,” and “MG’s 115th Dream.”
Bonus points if the title of the second one made you think of the Velvet Underground song, and double-bonus if the third one made you think of the Bob Dylan song.

We’re so glad to have you this month! I got the bonus points for Bob Dylan but somehow missed the Velvet’s reference!
Ha, no worries! Thanks again for having me, thrilled to be in MVM!
Hey, thanks for the mention. I have a new book coming out from NYQ Press in a matter of days.
Cool, I’ll keep my eyes peeled. I enjoyed Hell Traits a lot.
Thanks, Matt. I also have this one: http://www.amazon.com/Drought-Resistant-Strain-Mather-Schneider/dp/0981660614/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1315242805&sr=1-1
