I’ve been wanting to change my site’s design for a while now, and finally got around to it. Go check it out if you haven’t already. It’s fancy, and has cool little icons all over the place. I think I like it.
It’s better than the old design, I think, which was supposed to look like facebook, except facebook kept changing its layout.
Anyway, I’ll have some other news coming up soon, but for now just go stare at my fancy new website.

If you’re one of those brave souls who gets the RSS feed of this blog, you may be seeing some old posts listed as new as of this morning. Sorry about that. Dreamhost, the wonderful company that hosts my site, decided to move everything over to a new server (don’t ask, I don’t know why) and it ended up screwing up pretty much everything.
This took me quite a few hours to figure out and fix. As of now, everything looks back to normal, aside from the comments, which seem to be gone forever. My apologies for the RSS overload. It won’t happen again, probably.

I finally finished updating the site, with a new design and everything. It might look familiar to you “social networking” fans out there. I’m pretty happy with it. Seems like everything is working, so far. I added some newfangled technologies that I don’t really understand, though, so let me know if anything is broken. More new stuff will be coming later in the summer, but for now there’s a brand-new story called “Flooding” that you can check out.
In other news, I’m getting married in a week.

I kept hearing all this talk about “blogs,” and I finally figured out how to make one. I posted all the past news updates for this site. You can read them below this post, though I don’t know why you’d want to.
I think I’ll be using this just for website update news, rather than for typical blog-type ranting. There’s already enough of that on the Intertron. Anyway, have fun.

- I’m back after a several month lapse of updates. My excuse: I’ve moved from Long Island to Albany. What I learned: I own too many things. Heavy things in particular. Albany seems pretty fun so far. If you happen to live in Albany and know of interesting things happening, let me know.

- Anyway, I have new stuff up now. A couple poems, and a new (at least, new to you) section from that novella I was talking about last time. This particular section doesn’t have a name, but it’s the first chapter from the novella. The whole thing’s called “Weekend Campers.” I finished writing it a while ago, but I’m still playing around with the project and getting feedback from people. I expect to be completely finished with it by January of 2084.

- Oh, and John bought expensive website-building software and updated his site. Go check it out. The link’s on the “Other” section of this site.

New site design is up. If you’re wondering why it looks like this, then you must have missed out on a very cool computer game about ten years ago. Sorry. But I think it’s funny.
