While I'm pretty sure that anybody who finds this site already knows me, on the off-chance someone stumbles here who doesn't, here goes...

My name's Matt. I live in Albany with my wife and three cats. Yeah, three cats. They outnumber us, and they know it.

I write. Fiction and poetry, though the poems tend to read like short stories with line breaks.

I work in a library. That, combined with the writing and the glasses, makes me "bookish," I guess.

I brew beer. This homebrewing thing has quickly gone from interest to hobby to obsession. It's starting to come out pretty good, too. Try one sometime.
